Questions we are often asked
What does an insurance broker do?
A broker acts for you, not the insurer. We assess your risks, compare cover and price across several insurers, negotiate terms, arrange the policy and support you with changes, renewals and claims.
Does using a broker cost more?
Usually not. Brokers are typically paid a commission by the insurer that is already included in the premium, and our market access often secures better terms. For some complex programmes we may agree a fee instead. We always explain how we are paid.
Are you regulated?
Yes. We are a licensed insurance broker regulated by the Qatar Central Bank. Our licence details are shown at the bottom of every page.
How do I make a claim?
Contact us as soon as possible after the incident. We will tell you which documents are needed, notify the insurer, and follow the claim through to settlement.
Do you work with individuals as well as companies?
Yes. We arrange personal cover such as motor, health, life, travel and home insurance, as well as commercial programmes for SMEs and large organisations.
